Few things say “Arabian Nights” more than brightly colored draping. The crew at BAM Specialty Fabric Draping created a beautifully authentic event space.  In addition to a crystal and pearl covered entry, Bam vibrantly swagged the dance floor and dining space to create the inside of our Genie’s bottle, while the rooftop lounge area incorporated textiles and layered fabrics to create a Moroccan Souk environment.

No party is complete without great attention to lighting. The amazing team at Peterson Event Lighting worked their magic to bring the event space to life. As guests entered the event, they were greeted by a gobo projecting Jeannie’s eyes, complete with poufs of low-lying fog to create a dream-like atmosphere. With the help of our Bob Gail production team, Peterson individually strung Moroccan-style lanterns in the outdoor lounge area to evoke the perfect mood.

To further immerse guests in the event’s theme, we incorporated live entertainment throughout the event.  A Magician and a Handwriting Analyst added mystique, while an Atmospheric Fire Performer and Interactive Dancers continued the excitement.  At the end of the evening, our hosts surprised their guests with a performance by Il Volo–the Bat Mitzvah girl’s favorite band from Italy!
