To celebrate the end of the summer season with their colleagues, we worked with our corporate client to design a Serena and Lily–inspired summer soiree.

The installation took place over three days, and began with laying down a custom stained blonde plank wood floor and and open-air tent with soft gauzy flax fabric.

We layered in soft seating and patterned indigo textiles, and beach-inspired florals and greens.

The focal point in the tent was a woven lighting installation over the dance floor using custom sourced seagrass chandeliers.

Guests enjoyed a summer-inspired menu complete with wine offerings from beaches all around the world.  We adorned the wooden bars with sea grass-filled demi-johns and vintage life preservers and surfboards from Found Rentals.

We built out a wood-plank patio complete with table games and fire pits to create a comfortable environment for guests to relax.

Guests were welcomed to the event by a beach band by Bob Gail Music.

A mix of soft seating, communal dining table and traditional cocktail rounds and kings tables created an array of options for guests to come together.
