Jonny’s Bar Mitzvah was one of our favorite events to produce. We conceptualized a theme that took guests through two seasons: winter in the cocktail hour space and summer in the reception space. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

In lieu of a traditional sign-in board, guests carved their messages into a live ice wall, and personalized messages into a snowboard fitted with Jonny’s logo.

Guests found their seating assignments at a custom escort card wall that was a life-sized version of the invitation suite, with the added element of neon sun rays.

Escort Cards were printed on personalized sunscreen and chapstick sets for guests to take on their future ski trips.

A personalized Jonny ice bar was the perfect setting for a vodka and caviar station.

White, chrome and cool blue furniture with plush details set the tone for the winter scene.

We worked alongside our teams to bring summer to life, complete with live palm trees, rattan and reclaimed wood furniture, woven chandeliers, an oversized LED wall that showed surf and ocean scenes, and moving lights that created the illusion of water moving throughout the floor of the venue. ⠀⠀⠀

Tablescapes were comprised of vibrant tropical greens, metal lanterns, acacia wood chargers and terra cotta linen napkins.

 Communal menus were vinyl-printed on palm and monstera leaves and lasercut wood table numbers added another natural element to the tablescape.

⠀⠀Instead of a traditional plated meal, servers tray passed Hawaiian-inspired bites, and guests were invited to interactive food stations including a poke station, tacos, shaved ice, acai bowls and more.

Kids were seated at a combination of slipcovered and rattan furniture with vibrant pops of orange, yellow and blue.

Guests were treated to an array of branded event swag such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, slides and beach towel at a custom Jonny storefront.
