For a media conference, we collaborated with our client to create a comfortable and familiar environment that created a space that encouraged conversation rather than following the blueprint for a traditional conference setting.
After the attendees checked into the conference, they were welcomed into a charging lounge modeled after a modern coffee shop.
The space was outfitted with branded charging stations, custom embroidered pillows, and a full live espresso bar serving up logo-clad beverages.
Lush foliage softened the space, and a live podcast broadcast lounge was custom-built as an interactive element to the agenda.
In lieu of traditional theater or classroom-style seating, we opted for a mix of lounge vignettes and communal seating.
The kickoff party was a modeled after a modern take on Old Hollywood, and what better place to host that event than at Neuehouse’s iconic rooftop overlooking Sunset Blvd.
A mix of rich wood, metallic, palm leaves and neutrals brought the vision to life.
A live Jazz band played re-imagined arrangements of popular songs as guests dined on LA’s finest: Jon and Vinny’s at a live pizza oven and Nobu serving up their most popular dishes.
